Joff has been a long time marketing scholar and practitioner who has helped organisations from both the private and public sectors develop forward thinking strategies to manage digital transformation and embrace change, drawing together insights from other fields, such as economics, social science, organizational theory, delivering increased customer value and strengthening capabilities.
In addition to a postgraduate qualification in communications, and a Masters of Education in progress, Joff is accredited in a variety of personality, leadership, culture, capability and psychometric assessments and diagnostics.
Joff brings a wealth of leadership, team, organisational and cultural development expertise, with experience that spans the industry spectrum, including the professional services, mining, education, NGO and public sectors.
While he applies a highly practical, evidence and metrics-based approach to the challenge of delivering quantifiable improvements in individual, team and organisational performance, Joff delivers assessment and development programs with his trademark warmth and good humour.
