Marketing Campaign Performance
Dogs Day Out
Dogs Day Out was one of the most successful campaigns run for the City of Joondalup. This campaign resulted in the lowest cost and highest engagement rate of any digital marketing campaigns to date.
The campaign only ran a single advert for 1 month with a total budget of $500.
The campaign performance was bolstered by a multichannel marketing approach, coinciding an ad refresh with website takeovers on both the City’s website and local news outlet websites, as well as print media in statewide news publications.
The campaign ran for 2 months with a total budget of $1000.
This campaign coincided with the release of Tourism WA’s Sunset Coast Holiday Planner. The campaign was initially launched for promoting intrastate tourism, but due to limited ad variance the performance declined over the 3 month campaign period. I ran ad testing on interstate markets and saw a significant performance increase in interstate travel by the 55+ demographic.
